How the mould works.

Five processes. Pick the one that matches your container, or tell us the container and we will pick it for you.

Extrusion blow moulding (EBM)

Blow Moulds

Extrusion blow tooling for containers and bottles — single or multi-cavity, with Beryllium Copper placed where heat has to leave the tool fastest.

  • Large containers without large tooling cost — the process suits volume shapes better than any alternative.
  • The handle is moulded in, not fitted afterwards, so there is no second operation and no joint to fail.
  • Wide material tolerance: the same tool runs across the polyolefin grades most packaging uses.
Hot runner and cold runner

Injection Moulds

Hot runner or cold runner, multi-cavity, for the closures that seal your container and for technical packaging components.

  • Tight, repeatable tolerances — which is what a thread and a sealing face need.
  • Multi-cavity configurations on a balanced runner, so every cavity gives you the same part.
  • Fine detail holds: threads, sealing beads, tamper bands and living hinges.

PET Moulds

PET tooling built to the neck finish and capacity you already run.

  • Preform and blow cavity developed as a pair, so the wall lands where it should.
  • Cut to the neck finish your filling line already uses.
  • Trialled here, and the first sample checked before the tool leaves.

We build this tooling — it has not been photographed and written up for the site yet. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
